Taylor Morrison Continues its Mar Bella Development in League City
Posted In: League City News Posted by James Brockway on 05/06/2013

With its “Grande” collection of homes, Taylor Morrison Houston continues its surge in the popular Mar Bella development along League City Parkway.  Adjacent to Clear Creek ISD’s Education Village, just west of Galveston Bay and south of the Kemah Boardwalk, Mar Bella is in an ideal location.  The floor plans of Taylor Morrison’s new collection range in size from 3,288 to 5,084 square feet and are situated on 70-foot home sites starting from the $290,000s, according to their recent press release.  With street addresses such as Miramar Drive, Malaga Lane, Serrano Drive and Santiago Lane, you can feel the Mediterranean influence that Mar Bella has inspired (if the palm-lined entrance to the Spanish-motif recreation center didn’t already give you that sensation).

Taylor Morrison’s new construction couldn’t come at a better time, not only to prepare for home buyers that traditionally like to move when the spring and summer months arrive, but also due to low inventories of houses being available in the area.  Check out these new homes and don’t forget to ask about The Interactive Home, a technologically advanced home monitoring system available in select homes.
