West Ranch is a master-planned community developed by the Friendswood Development Company which officially began in 2006. Flash forward to today, and you will find a community that is fast-growing with its Phase 2 already in high demand.

The 750+ acre development is located in east Friendswood; bordered by Centennial Park, Chigger Creek and Clear Creek, and to the north and south of FM 518, just east of FM 528.
